Upper, or lower case? Dash, or hyphen? It's, or its? And is it ever OK to use an exclamation mark?

While everyone has their own opinions – and sometimes very passionate ones, especially when it comes to the Oxford comms – it's important that we follow the same consistent principles when we're writing about and for the university. This builds trust and means we don't discombobulate our readers.
